Cnmg 432 Insert Application:
Machining of cast iron, nonferrous alloy, chill cast iron, hard steel, stainless steel, plastic materials, fiberglass, carbon fiber and other non-metallic.
Grade MP2252 / MP2253:
- Special coating process makes the surface of the insert smooth, effectively reducing friction and making chip removal smoother.
- Unique nanostructured coating, the coating is more tightly bonded to the substrate, and has higher toughness and hardness.
- Special surface treatment technology after coating to remove harmful stress and improve the surface quality of the blade.
- Both the inner and outer edges can meet the physical performance requirements of the insert.
